How long have you been playing Minecraft? I've been playing minecraft for about, many years. lol. About 2 years.
How long have you been playing on ShatteredPvP?: This server? Um. Experience counts too many days Very Happy

How often do you play on weekdays? I am not as active on the weekdays, but i am not so inactive.
How often do you play on weekends? I am very active on weekends.
Do you have any experience reading NoCheat violations? Yes, I've had some NoCheat Experiences.
Do you have any mod/admin experience on another server? I do. I've been HeadMod, And Warden.
Are you a donor? I am, But not on here, Yet!?.
Does your computer have the capability to record video of bans? Can i record video bans? I honestly have no clue, but i can use F2 Very Happy

Can you be reliably contacted through email, Twitter, and/or Skype?: LOL. i already contact you through skype you silly. But yes you can.
Why do you think you will be a good mod?: I know how staff should act, and this seems like this could become a big server, So i will try my best Razz
